Mung Beans Soup (with minced-beef)

Mung beans
do not have to be a sweet pulp. Protein and fiber is good for the body. Presented as it was just so tasty soup and more nutritious!
Ingredients:

  • 1litre of water
  • 10pcs shallots, thinly sliced
  • 3pcs large garlic, crushed
  • 1pcs nutmeg, crushed
  • 300gram mung beans
  • 250gram minced- beef
  • 1-2 carrots
  • 1tomato (optional)
  • 1lime
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Beef flavor seasonings to taste
  • Scallions, sliced ​​oblique - to taste

How to Make:

  1. Boil mung beans, garlic, nutmeg and shallots slices. Bring to a boil with the pot covered, after the exit of smoke and the water has boiled, turn off the heat. Remain closed pan for about 45mnts-01hr (or can be checked until the beans are quite soft).
  2. Add necessary water into the pan stew of mung beans earlier. Then enter the minced- beef, beef flavor seasoning, pepper, salt, tomato if desired and scallions and lime juice.
  3. Stir well and let it boil again.
  4. Ready to serve.

Sup Kacang Hijau (plus Daging Giling)

Kacang hijau tak harus jadi bubur manis. Protein dan seratnya bagus buat tubuh. Disajikan sebagai sup rasanya justru jadi gurih enak dan makin bernutrisi!


Bahan:
  • 1liter air bersih
  • 10siung bawang merah, iris halus
  • 3siung bawang putih besar, memarkan
  • 1biji pala, memarkan (kalo saya tidak saya haluskan, cukup dimemarkan saja)
  • 300gram kacang hijau
  • 250gram daging sapi giling (Has dalam)
  • 1-2 buah wortel/ secukupnya
  • 1buah tomat (optional)
  • 1buah jeruk nipis
  • Garam dan merica secukupnya
  • Bumbu penyedap rasa sapi secukupnya
  • Daun bawang, iris serong - secukupnya
Cara Membuat :
  1. Rebus kacang hijau, bawang putih, biji pala dan irisan bawang merah dengan 1liter air bersih. Didihkan dengan panci tertutup, setelah keluar asap dan air telah mendidih, matikan api. Tetap tutup pancinya selama kurang lebih 45-1jam (atau bisa dicek sampai kacang hijaunya cukup empuk).
  2. Tambahkan air bersih secukupnya ke dalam panci rebusan kacang hijau tadi. Lalu masukkan daging giling,bumbu penyedap rasa sapi, irisan wortel, merica, garam, tomat bila suka dan irisan daun bawang serta perasan air jeruk nipis.
  3. Aduk rata dan biarkan mendidih kembali.
  4. Siap dihidangkan.

Tuna Calzone




Servings 3

For pasta

  • 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 11 gram fresh yeast
  • 1cup water
  • 1 /2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp granulated sugar

For filling

  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 125 gram mozzarella cheese
  • basil to taste
  • tomato sauce
  • Cooked tuna ( I used can-tuna )
  • oregano

Preparation

Step 1

On a working table forma a mound of flour, put the yeast that you have melted with some water and sugar in the centre of the mound.

Start kneading and then add the salt. Form an even, smooth, elastic-textured dough. Leave the dough to rise , about 40minutes and separate the dough into 3 rolls all the same size.


Step 2

Once the dough has risen, roll out each shape into a round disk.

Step 3

Place the tomato sauce in the middle of each disk, the mozzarella cut into regular slices, and the tuna.

Step 4

Fold the disk over and seal the ends, so that the calzone is shaped as a half-moon.

Step 5

Sprinkle the tomato sauce and oregano over the calzone and place on grease proof paper on the over tray, in oven at 250°C until the dough is golden and crispy (about 15-20minutes only).

Step 6

Remove from oven and serve at once.



Tips: The quantities to prepare the dough here indicated could slightly vary according to type of flour you will use. So keep some extra flour and water aside, in order to add them to the dough when necessary to gain the right consistency, which is a smooth and elastic dough, easy to clean off the hands and the working table.
